Taking care of your food is our priorityIt is not enough to have good purchasing practices alone, but the produce must also be stored under proper conditions to retain its freshness. It is important to note that not all fruits and vegetables are to be refrigerated and some will actually deteriorate in cold storage. Northern Foodservices has two areas for storage, 1C to 4C cold storage and 8C to 12C cool storage. This is our assurance to our customers that the product is being stored correctly.
