For example, we carry several different varieties of apples including MacIntosh, Spartan, Red and Green Delicious, Fuji and Gala. This can be said for most of the fruits and vegetables that we carry including Tomatoes, Potatoes, Grapes, Oranges, Lettuce, Mushrooms and more. 

The last part of the freshness equation is shipping. Our warehouse staff must adhere to very strict shipping procedures to ensure that the product is packaged properly, based on the destination and weather conditions. We have been shipping quality produce to the northern communities for many years and understand very well the special shipping needs of the north.
