DELI and SLICED MEATS are brought in fresh weekly and include smoked or Corned Beef Briskets, American and European Hams, Pizza Meats and Sausages from around the world, cooked or smoked turkey and chicken and a variety of pates.

We supply quality government inspected GAME MEATS to many of the lodges, camps and restaurants in the north. Such northern meats as Caribou, Bison, Muskox, Deer and Duck have been well received and are now regular fare in mining and construction camps. Other meats that are available to us are Ostrich, Pheasant, Quail, Goose, and Wild Boar. Many restaurants depend on us for their special or northern menu game meat needs.
